We respect copyright

The channels, films and series on WATCHTV belong to their owners. If you own the rights to a work, or act for the owner, and you believe it is being made available through WATCHTV without permission, tell us and we will act on it.

How to send a notice

• the work you believe is being used without permission;
• where you saw it: the channel or programme name, and the date and time;
• your name, the company you act for if any, and how to contact you;
• a statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We accept notices in the format of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and of other copyright laws.

What we do

We acknowledge your notice and review it promptly. When it is valid, we remove or disable access to the content concerned and tell you what we did. If we need more information to find the content, we ask you for it.

Repeated misuse

Customers who record, rebroadcast or redistribute content lose access to the service.

False notices

Please send a notice only if you genuinely believe the use is not permitted. A notice that knowingly misstates the facts can make its sender legally responsible.
