Who we are

What we collect, and why

• When you order or ask a question on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp name and what you write to us. We use them to take your order, confirm your payment, send your login details and help you set up.
• Your subscription: the plan you chose, its start and end dates, and the login details we issue to you. We use them to provide the service and to answer your support questions.
• Payments: we keep a record of the amount, the date and the payment method of each order, because accounting law requires it. We never ask for or keep your full card number.
• When you visit the website: our server and Cloudflare, which delivers the site, process your IP address and basic browser details to send you the pages and to protect the site against attacks. These technical logs are kept only for a short time.

No tracking

The website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. It saves one thing in your own browser: whether you chose the light or the dark theme. That choice never leaves your device.

Who else sees it

• WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages with you, under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare delivers the website and protects it.
• Our hosting provider runs the server the website lives on.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it to public authorities only when the law obliges us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your chat and subscription records while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, so that we can answer questions about it. Payment records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country (in Morocco, the CNDP).

Children

WATCHTV is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly take orders from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
