These terms

WATCHTV is run by operator?, country?. When you order a plan, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

The service

WATCHTV gives you access to live TV channels, films and series, streamed over the internet, for your personal, private viewing, for the period of the plan you choose. The programmes belong to their owners. The line-up can change over time, as channels and programmes change.

Ordering and payment

You order on WhatsApp. Before you pay anything, we confirm the plan, the price and the payment method with you in the chat. Prices are in US dollars, as shown on the website when you order. Each plan is a single payment for its whole period and does not renew automatically.

Delivery

We send your login details and setup steps within 60 seconds of confirming your payment. Your plan's period starts when we send them. If you need help setting up, we help you on WhatsApp.

Fair use

  • Your subscription is for you and your household. You may watch on up to screens? screens at the same time.
  • You may not share, sell or give away your login details, and you may not record, rebroadcast or redistribute what you watch.
  • If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend it. We will tell you why first.

Refunds

If the service does not work on your device and we cannot fix it within refundDays? days of delivering your login details, we refund you in full. After that, we do not refund unused time, unless the law in your country gives you more rights. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you.

Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but streaming also depends on your internet connection and your equipment, and short interruptions can happen. If something is not working, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. This does not limit any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may change our prices or these terms in the future. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.
